Repairs, Warranties and Consumer Guarantees

If you purchase a Panasonic product from a retailer or reseller and return it for repair, warranty, or consumer guarantee services, we may receive personal information relating to the product, including information about the reported fault, repair status, and repair outcome, from retailers, resellers or authorised service centres. We use this information to manage repairs, support warranty or consumer guarantee processes, monitor product quality and safety, and improve our products and services.

5.5 All credit card information is managed by our payment partner Windcave. We do not retain or save your credit card or payment details.
